Warranty

What is covered?

Stuc-O-Flex International, Inc. warrants that all of the exterior products manufactured and sold by Stuc-O-Flex for use as a decorative textured coating material shall be free from defects in the manufacture of materials. This warranty extends to dealers, contractors, general contractors, and all owners of the building within the warranty period.

How long does coverage last?

This warranty runs for Five (5) years commencing on the date of sale of the Stuc-O-Flex product.

What is not covered?

STUC-O-FLEX INTERNATIONAL, INC. shall not be responsible in any way for products of an assembly not formulated, manufactured, and subjected to quality control by STUC-O-FLEX INTERNATIONAL, INC.

Stuc-O-Flex International, Inc. shall not be liable for any loss resulting from:

• Failure of the owner to maintain the building with reasonable care
• Normal conditions such as efflorescence, fading, minor cracks and wear
• Mishandling, misuse, improper storage or improper application
• Physical abuse, substrate compromise, leaks or structural building movement
• Fire, storm or other acts of nature
• Defects resulting from the use of other manufacturers’ products

Note: Proper flashing and weeping of windows, doors, and other wall penetrations is required as a condition of this warranty.

What will Stuc-O-Flex International, Inc. do?

Stuc-O-Flex International, Inc. will replace the goods or refund the purchase price.

What maintenance is required?

In addition to general maintenance practices, a review of Stuc-O-Flex terminations shall be conducted every one (1) year. This evaluation will confirm proper performance of other components of the structure preventing the potential for penetration of moisture.
